Reflection:
I found my inspiration at the college of education. The architecture has struck me ever since I arrived at Wayne State. I has been an inspiration across all mediums I've studied this semester. The first image is the the stained glass window that inspired my painting in the diptych. When I started my geometric sketches, I sat in front of this building. It has a lot of geometric shapes and line work.
I struggled a lot with this project. The compositions were fine enough however the execution was the difficult part. I have very little painting experience and, as I've said in class, it isn't something I'm comfortable with.
